Abstract

In order to model spread of vector-borne disease affecting cattle, generated landscapes have been used. Neutral point pattern landscapes was used for the generated landscapes. A model was created in C++ with variants for transports of cattle. In order to verify the models veracity it also needs to be tested against empirical data, which requires more computer resources.
