Abstract

Transcriptome-wide analysis of gene expression in cultured human cells, using the AmpliSeq Transcriptome-methodology. Overall aim: investigate differences in the transcriptome of human breast cancer MCF-7 cells that are tamoxifen-resistant compared the tamoxifen-sensitive cells of the same cell line. Subsequent aim: investigate if treatment with vitamin D alters the transcriptome of tamoxifen-resistant and tamoxifen-sensitive cells
