Abstract

By way of using computer generated landscapes optimal ways for dispersal of species are found given certain sets of life parameters. The project will also compare theoretical results in generated landscapes with real landscapes. The results will help to take informed conservation decisions in landscapes that changes due to land use and climate change. The project will also investigate how dispersal affects different species in food webs during range shifts.
