Abstract

We will perform large-scale image processing to investigate the effect of various drugs and other factors on cell morphology. Deep neural network analysis will be combined with conformal prediction methodology to establish fast, reliable models which will eventually be used for real-time processing of microscopy data. This work is part of a larger project, "HASTE: Hierarchical Analysis of Spatial and TEmporal image data" (http://haste.research.it.uu.se).
