Abstract

Large eddy simulation (LES) of transport phenomenon in high-temperature surroundings where thermal radiation plays an important role in affecting turbulent flow and heat transfer. Current project finds applications in concentrating solar receiver, high-temperature heat exchanges, and gas turbines burned by hydrogen-rich fuel.
