Abstract

Regulation of temporal specification of different neuronal types in the developing hindbrain. Transcriptional control of temporal decisions by master transcription factors Nkx2.2, Gli1, Phox2b and others. Neural progenitors derived from mouse ESCs were purified at different stages of the differentiation and formaldehyde fixed cells were processed by for MNase DNA fragmentation followed by ChIP. We want to analyze the binding profile of key transcription factors to understand better temporal mechanism of cell fate choice.
