Abstract

During cellular processes DNA forms different types of secondary structures. These structures are thought to be important for replication, gene expression, and recombination but also have an impact on DNA damage, repair and genetic instability. Processes that often are disrupted in diseases like cancer. We will in this project study these structures and their formation. The resource will primarily by used to analyse Chip-seq data.
