Abstract

This project aims to build a computational model for further experimental investigation of a long haul multichannel optical fiber link with phase sensitive amplification and nonlinear mitigation. The purpose is to optimize the fiber link in order to obtain the best dispersion/power map possible for the link. In order to attain that objective is necessary to sweep several parameters and this can be done in parallel by a multicore processor.
