Abstract

We solve design optimization problems for mechanical components in 3D, using techniques for cut finite element methods we have previously developed on workstations. We will use HPC resources to adapt our code to HPC and to evaluate our methods on large problems, which in our context means models with several 10Mdof. This reseach has funding from eSSENCE.
