Abstract

Our aim is to find out molecules in the low-methane rice roots that are involved in low-methane traits. We plan to use a RNA-sequencing strategy and directly compare the RNA molecules in the low-methane rice roots with the wild-type control. We have added a barley gene in the low-methane rice, compared with the wild-type control. To detect low-level/low-abundant RNA as much as possible.
