Abstract

Notch signaling regulates embryonic development of several tissues, and dysregulation of Notch leads to both congenital disorders and cancer. In this project we perform and analyze single cell RNA seq of various organs with loss or gain of function of Notch signaling to elucidate Notch-regulated mechanisms controlling development.
