Abstract

In this project, we use whole genome single-cell DNA sequencing data to generate cell lineage trees. We provide a probabilistic framework to infer cell lineage trees. We use human single-cells (without copy number alterations) and construct trees based on somatic point mutations. Our model takes errors caused by current technology (amplification errors, sequencing errors, allelic dropouts) into account, use the advantage of phased reads and infers the similarities / differences across the human genome.
